We recognize the pressure, uncertainty and economic instability many households and businesses are facing during this pandemic. Currently, all of our programs remain operational. However, to prioritize the safety of all parties involved, post-installation site inspections will only be conducted by video call.

As an essential service in the State of California, Green Terra Energy is committed to the safety of our clients, work crews, and trusted contractor partners.  The following guidelines serve to inform you of our industry best practices during these unusual times as informed by the NIH, CDC, our nations scientists and governments.  Rest assure, Green Terra Energy and its licensed, insured, bonded network of contractors have enhanced safety protocols for operating in this "new normal".  Our partnered company crews are masked, gloved and pass a daily health screening prior to commencing work on your properties.

At properties where we are resuming work inside tenant spaces, we are entering units with limited crew size and following all enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a safe, quality experience for residents. How Green Terra Energy and partners are maintaining a healthy work environment:

• Technicians and employees are being asked to stay at home if they are ill.

• Face coverings are to be worn at all times.

• Hand sanitizer is available at all times.

• Disinfectant wipes on hand for sanitizing equipment, doorknobs, light switches, elevator buttons, etc.

• Shoe covers will be worn inside residential areas to prevent spread of dust, dirt, and germs. 

• General hygiene practices: avoid touching face, nose, mouth, coughing and sneezing into elbows.

• Wash hands for at least 20 seconds.

• Disposal of wipes and work materials into designated contractors haul away stations.
